Private Rest Home Studios

We have 16 Studios available in our Care Centre for people who need Rest Home Level Care. Our studios are spacious bedsitters (34m²) with a kitchenette including fridge, room for a (double) bed, a double wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. All studios have a ranch slider door and a heat pump. Studios are owned by residents via an Occupation Right Agreement.

There is a daily fee that covers care costs. This includes providing meals throughout the day, cleaning, doing laundry, providing light nursing care and more. From 1 July 2023 the fee is $204.35 including GST per day. For private-paying residents, there is a maximum contribution of $1,430.45 per week.

In all situations we determine priority levels based on the care needs of those involved. If multiple individuals have similar care needs, those living in the Village have priority over those who do not live in the Village.
