Private Rest Home Rooms

We have 4 Private Rest Home Rooms in our Care Centre. Each varies in size, but all have plenty of space for a bed, chair, set of drawers and a small wardrobe. They all have a hand basin, although shower and toilet facilities are shared (one shower and toilet per two Rest Home Rooms).

As is the case with our Rest Home Studios, there is a daily fee for our Rest Home Rooms. This covers care costs such as the provision of meals throughout the day, cleaning, laundry and nursing care. From 1 July 2023, the daily fee for Private Rest Home Rooms for private paying residents is $204.35 including GST. The maximum contribution is $1,430.45 per week.

In all situations we determine priority levels based on the care needs of those involved. If multiple individuals have similar care needs, those living in the Village have priority over those who do not live in the Village.
